Step 1

Design

Each pipe begins with an inspiration, which is then brought to life using modelling software such as Blender and Fusion. Once the design is finalized, we utilize Fusion to develop and perfect the machining process.

Step 2

Carving

We prepare the machining space and the wood blocks and then run the program we designed. The pipes are carved out of individual wood blocks that are dried in-house and pre-inspected for any blemishes etc.

Step 3

Finishing

The carving is then carefully cut from the wood block supports and the holes are carefully drilled using custom drilling blocks for each pipe model. The roughed-out pipe is then hand sanded. Engraving, dying, and stamping are currently provided by a third-party. Help us increased our capabilities by buying one of our pipes!
